TICKLE PICKLE WRAP 

Turn your leftover roti and aloo gobi sabzi into a delicious breakfast wrap. Make this lockdown leftover recipe with Del Monte eggless mayonnaise, chat masala, and grated mozzarella. 

Ingredients

1 Left Over Roti
70 Grams Aloo Gobi Sabzi
10 Gram Mixed Pickle
10 Gram Onion Chopped
2-3 Gram Green Chilli Chopped
1/4 TBSP Coriander Chopped
10 Gram Green Capsicum Chopped
2 Gram Chat Masala
20 Gram Grated Mozarrella
2 TBSP Butter
2 TBSP Del Monte Eggless Mayonaise
1 TBSP del monte tomato ketchup

Method


  1. Wash Aloo Gobi sabji 2-3 times to remove excess sauce from gravy.
  2. Take a mixing bowl mash leftover aloo gobi sabji add chopped coriander,green chilli,onion,green capsicum.
  3. Correct the seasoning, add chat masala in the mixture.
  4. Spread Del Monte Eggless Mayonnaise on the left over roti.
  5. Then assemble the sabji, add grated Mozarrella and wrap it nicely.
  6. Reheat The Griller, Brush the griller with butter place the wrap on griller and grill , till the wrap gets crispy and crunchy .
  7. Serve along with Del Monte Tomato Ketchup.

Chef Tips: Drain the excess gravy of sabzi as it will make the roti soft.

Variation: You can use bread instead of roti.
