PANEER PARATHA MARGARITHA

Turn your leftover paneer paratha into a Margherita pizza to enjoy as a scrumptious treat. Make this lockdown leftover recipe with Del Monte pizza pasta sauce, Margherita cheese, and Italian herbs. 

Ingredients

1 Left Over Paneer Paratha
1 Thin Slice Tomato
60 Grams Mozzarella Cheese
2-3 Gram Italian Seasoning
2 TBSP del monte pizza pasta sauce
1 TBSP Del Monte Tomato Ketchup

Method

  1. Apply Pizza Pasta Sauce on Paneer Paratha.
  2. Spread grated Mozzarella and then arrange Sliced Tomato.
  3. Bake it in oven for 10 minutes.
  4. Serve along with Tomato Ketchup and Italian Seasoning.                        

Chef s Tip : Don't apply too much Pizza Pasta Sauce it will make Paratha soft and soggy instead of crisp & delicious. 

Variations  : You can use any variety of paratha to make pizza.
