MIXED VEGETABLES IN MARINARA SAUCE

Make this easy and delicious dish with leftover mixed vegetables, Del Monte pizza pasta sauce, garlic, coriander, Italian herbs, chili flakes, onions, and capsicum.

Ingredients

5 TBSP Del Monte Pizza Pasta Sauce
1 TBSP cooking oil
1 TBSP garlic chopped
1/4 TBSP Chili Flakes
15 Gram Onion (Dice)
15 Gram Capsicum (Dice)
10 Gram Fresh Coriander (Chopped)
1/2 TBSP Crushed Black Pepper
2 Gram Italian Herbs
- Water As Required
- Salt To Taste
- Left Over Mixed Vegetable From Dinner

Method

  1. Wash the leftover mixed vegetable to remove excess sauce.
  2. Heat oil in a pan & add chopped garlic, ginger, chilli & saute on low flame for 30 seconds.
  3. Add onion, capsicum dice to it and saute on high flame for a minute.
  4. Add leftover mixed vegetable and saute it for a few minutes.
  5. Add Pizza pasta sauce, Tomato Ketchup and cook it. Add required amount of water. Adjust seasonings & bring it to a boil.
  6. Garnish it with chopped coriander.
  7. Serve it hot with Rotis.
