MEDITERRANEAN GARBANZO SALAD 

Prepare this healthy and delicious Mediterranean style salad with chickpeas, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, parsley, feta cheese, and Del Monte eggless mayonnaise. This salad is a great side dish to a main meal.

Ingredients

150 Gram Garbanzo/Chickpeas(Leftover)
30 Gram Boiled Potato (Diced)
15 Gram Tomato (Chopped)
10 Gram Onion Chopped
2-3 Gram Green Chilli Chopped
1/4 TBSP Coriander Chopped
1/4 TBSP Mint Leaves (Chopped)
1 Mint Leaves (Sprig)
10 Gram Green Capsicum Chopped
1/4 TBSP Cumin Powder
2 Gram Chat Masala
15 Del Monte Black Sliced Olives
2 TBSP Del Monte Eggless Mayonnaise
20 Ml Del Monte Tomato Ketchup
- Turmeric
- Salt To Taste

Method

  1. Wash Garbanzo 2-3 times to remove the excess sauce from the gravy.
  2. Take a mixing bowl to add Garbanzo, chopped coriander, green chilli, onion, green capsicum, tomato.
  3. Correct the seasoning, add chat masala, cumin powder, tomato ketchup, Del Monte Eggless Mayonnaise.

Chef Tips: You can use jalapeno instead of green chilli.

Variation: You can use Del Monte Harissa Mayonnaise.
