LEFT OVER SABZI KA PARANTHA

Make this quick and delicious Parantha recipe with leftover sabzi, whole-wheat dough, green chilli, coriander leaves, and onions. Serve with a side of Del Monte ketchup. 

Ingredients

1 Cup Leftover Sabzi
1 Onion Chopped
2 Green Chillies Chopped
1 TBSP Coriander Leaves
1/2 TBSP Red Chilli Powder
2 TBSP Butter
- Delmonte Ketchup
- As Required Wheat Flour Dough
- As Required Oil For Shallow Frying
- Salt To Taste

Method

  1. Take the leftover sabzi & add chopped onions, green chilli, coriander leaves, salt and red chilli. Mix and keep it aside.
  2. Take a one wheat flour dough ball then flat in your hand pour sabzi mixture and seal carefully.
  3. Then roll it with a rolling pin.
  4. Take a Tawa and let heat and then fry parathas and apply oil from both sides.
  5. Then paratha is ready to serve with Ketchup.
