Hariyali rajma salad

Add a healthy twist to your regular plate of rajma salad with coriander, French beans, green capsicum, mint leaves, spring onions, and lemon juice. Garnish it with Del Monte nutty cruiser trail mix.

Ingredients

120 Gram Kidney Bean (Boiled)(Rajma)
15 Gram Green Capsicum (Small Diced)
20 Gram Green Peas
2-3 Gram Chopped Green Chilli
15 Gram Del Monte Nutty Cruiser Trail Mix
10 Gram Onion(Small Dice)
2-3 Gram Italian Seasoning
1/2 TBSP Lemon Juice
10 Gram Mint Leaves
15 Gram Blanched French Beans (Chop)
1/2 TBSP Coriander Leaves
2 TBSP Oil
5 Gram Spring Onion
- Del Monte Tomato Ketchup

Method

 
  1. Take a mixing bowl to add lemon juice, Italian herbs, mint leaves, coriander leaves, salt & pepper, oil & mix them well with a whisk.
  2. Take a mixing bowl to add the Rajma, green capsicum, french beans, green peas, green chilli, onion.
  3. Pour the dressing & mix it well.
  4. Garnish it with Nutty Cruiser Trail Mix & chopped spring onion.
