CORN AND RICE PAKORA

Make this quick homestyle fritters corn & rice pakora with leftover rice, Del Monte whole corn kernels, Del Monte pitted black olives, Del Monte eggless mayonnaise, green chili, and fresh coriander.

Ingredients

2 Cup Left Over Rice (Paste)
3/4 Cup Besan (Gram Flour)
1/4 Cup Onion Chopped
1 TBSP Green Chili (Chopped)
1 TBSP Fresh Coriander Chopped
1/4 DelMonte Whole Corn Kernel (Roughly Chopped)
1 TBSP DelMonte Pitted Black Olives (Roughly Chopped)
- DelMonte Tomato Ketchup
- DelMonte Egg Less Mayonnaise
- DelMonte Tandoori Spread
- Water As Required
- Oil for frying
- Salt To Taste

Method

  1. In a bowl mix rice paste, besan, chopped onion, green chili, coriander, corn kernels & black olives.
  2. Mix it well to make a smooth paste.
  3. In a Kadhai, pour oil and heat it.
  4. Drop scoops of the paste into hot oil and deep fry on medium heat till golden light brown.
  5. Serve it with Tomato Ketchup, Mayonnaise or Tandoori Spread.

Chef s Tip : Add water as required little by little. After adding water check for seasonings as well.

Variations : You can add chopped capsicum, cabbage to this pakora as well.
