BLUEBERRY MOJITO POPSICLES 

Make this refreshing and healthy Blueberry Mojito Popsicles with Del Monte dried blueberries, mint, sugar, lie juice, and water. Beat the heat this summer with these delicious popsicles.

Ingredients

3 Cup Water
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Mint
130 Gram Dried Blueberries
1 TBSP Lime Juice
- More Mint Leaves For Topping

Method

  1. Boil water and sugar in a pot and add mint leaves. Simmer for 5 minutes and switch off the flame.
  2. Strain the mixture into a bowl and add blueberries and lime juice. Mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle moulds, making sure to divide the blueberries equally between the moulds. Top with more mint leaves and freeze for 8 hours.
  4. Serve frozen.
