1. Heat water in a large pot. 
2. Once the water starts to boil, add salt and Del Monte Penne Pasta in it. Cool until pasta is Al Dente. 
3. Drain and keep aside.
4. Add chicken mince in a pan. 
5. Cook on high heat for 3-4 minutes. 
6. Simmer the heat and add the onions and garlic and cook for 10-12 minutes. Add fresh cream and cooked pasta in the pan and mix well.
7. take an oven-proof tray and add half the pasta to it.
8. Top with half of the Cheddar and Mozzarella.
9. Top with the remaining pasta and the remaining cheese.
10. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
11. Garnish with fresh parsley.
12. Serve hot.
