purple mermaid Smoothie 

Make this refreshing and healthy vegan flaxseeds smoothie with Del Monte fruit cocktail, cucumber, banana, lemon juice, Del Monte flaxseeds, and pomegranates. 

Ingredients

2 Cucumber (small sized)
1.5 Cups Delmonte Fruit Cocktail
1 Ripe Banana (medium sized)
1 TBSP Lemon Juice
2 TBSP Delmonte Flaxseeds
1 Cup Pomegranate

Method


  1. Soak the flaxseeds in some lukewarm water and let it rest for 8-10 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, peel off and chop the cucumbers and banana.
  3. In a blender jar, add the diced cucumber, banana, lemon juice, pomegranate, fruit cocktail and blend well.
  4. Then add the soaked flaxseeds and blend again.
  5. Pour the smoothie into a glass or a bowl and add some fruits of your choice and flax seeds as toppings.
