BREAD DHOKLA 

The Bread Dhokla will leave a rich aftertaste in your mouth. It is one of the best side dishes for Indian kitchens from the house of Del Monte.

Ingredients

4 Left Over Bread
1 TBSP Green Chili (Chopped)
1 TBSP Fresh Coriander Chopped
1/2 Cup Onion Sliced
10-12 Curry Leaves
1/4 TBSP Mustard Seeds
2 TBSP DelMonte Tandoori Spread
- DelMonte EggLess Mayonnaise
- DelMonte Pomace Olive Oil
- DelMonte Tomato Ketchup

Method

  1. In a bowl add Tandoori spread, chopped chilli & coriander. Mix it well.
  2. Remove the edges of the leftover bread slices and spread the tandoori mixture on each bread and keep it on top of each other like 4 layer sandwich.
  3. Cut its slice in 4 squares.
  4. Heat Pomace Olive Oil in a frying pan on a low flame, add mustard seeds & curry leaves to it.
  5. When the seeds start to splutter, place the sandwiches in the pan and fry them on both sides for 30 seconds respectively. Make sure that the colour of the bread remains white and you don’t fry it too much.
  6. Garnish it with tempering, chopped chilli & coriander.
  7. You can serve it with Tomato Ketchup, Mayonnaise & Tandoori Spread as well.

Chef s Tip: Lightly fry bread on both sides on low flame.

Variations: You can use chopped olives, corn kernels in the stuffing with mayonnaise.
