Fruity fiesta OATMEAL 

Make this summertime loaded oatmeal with oats, milk, yogurt, honey, Del Monte Californian Pitted Prunes, Del Monte cherry berry mix, Del Monte fiesta fruit cocktail, and roasted walnut for topping.

Ingredients

1 Cup Oats
1/2 Cup Milk (Fat Free)
1/2 Cup Plain Yoghurt (Low Fat)
2 TBSP Honey
4-5 DelMonte Californian Pitted Prunes
- Walnuts Roasted For Topping

Method


  1. In a bowl, mix oats, milk, yogurt, honey and cherry berry mix. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Top it up with fruit cocktail, prunes, roasted walnuts and serve chilled.

Enjoy your meal!

Chef's Tip: If you want a smoothie then just blend everything with a little addition of yogurt and milk.

Variations: You can use flavored yogurt for variation in taste.
