Spaghetti in Tomato with Chicken & Dill

Make this moreish spaghetti in tomato with Chicken & Dill with Del Monte Spaghetti. This tangy pasta dish is best served with a side of salad.

Ingredients

150 Grams, Spaghetti
1& ¼ Cup, Ripe Tomato, Finely Chopped
150 Gms, Cherry Tomato, Halved
2 Tablespoons, Dill Leaves, Finely Chopped
1/2 Cup, Boneless Chicken, Boiled And Shredded
1 Teaspoon, Italian Seasoning
1 Teaspoon, Garlic, Finely Chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
1 Tablespoon, Butter
1 Tablespoon, Olive Oil

Method

  1. Cook spaghetti as per the packet instructions.
  2. In a pan, add olive oil and butter. Once the butter melt, add garlic and toss for a minute until aromatic (do not burn). Add tomatoes and sauté on high for couple of minutes.
  3. Add Italian seasoning, salt pepper and toss again for a minutes. Cover and cook until tomato softens.
  4. Add chicken, dill leaves and cherry tomatoes, toss for a minute. Add cooked spaghetti and toss it well. Take it off the heat.
  5. Dish out on to a serving plate and garnish with dill leaves.
  6. Serve hot.
