Creamiest SCRAMBLED EGGS

Love your eggs for breakfast? Make this delicious scrambled eggs on toast with eggs, cheese, oregano, butter, and mayo. Serve this breakfast classic on toasted baguette slices, drizzled with Del Monte Classic Mayo.

Ingredients

4 eggs
1/3 cup Full cream milk
3-4 tbsp Del Monte Classic Mayo
1 TBSP butter
1 tsp Oregano Powder
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
- Salt To Taste
- Grated cheese (optional topping)
- Chopped Coriander (topping)
- Chilly flakes (topping)

Method


  1. Cook the Eggs- In a saucepan, add the butter and pour 4 cracked eggs. When it's semi-cooked, add in the seasoning and the milk. Cook it for another 1 minute. You can dry it up or leave it with a slightly liquid consistency as per your liking.
    Add the Del Monte Classic Mayo and mix to make it creamier. Optionally you can also add some grated cheese on top.
  2. Toast-Bread- Slice the baguette, add some butter and toast in your toaster or in a pan till light brown and crispy.
  3. Serving the eggs- On toasted bread add some coriander chutney or any spicy condiment to your liking. Apply some Del Monte Classic Mayo on top. Keep one serving of the scrambled eggs.
  4. Garnish- Drizzle an extra dose of Del Monte Mayo along with some chopped coriander and dried oregano. Serve hot.
