Rajma chawal balls 

Ingredients

1 cup Leftover rajma chawal
1/2 cup delmonte tandoori mayo
1 tbsp chopped red capsicum for garnish
1 tbsp chaat masala
1/4 cup cornflour
1/4 cup Breadcrumbs
- Oil for frying

Method

Procedure :

  1. Mix rajma chawal , chaat masala and 1 tbs tandoori mayo in a bowl. Roll them in small balls and keep aside.
  2. Stir water and cornflour and keep aside.
  3. Now dip rajma chawal balls in cornflour water and roll it over bread crumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry these balls on medium flame.

Assembly:

  1. In a shot glass, add tandoori mayo.
  2. In  a toothpick pierce through one rajma chawal ball followed by a cubed red capsicum.
  3. Place it on the top of the shot glass.
  4. Garnish with corinader leaves.
  5. Serve immediately.
