POTATO POMEGRANATE MINT MAYO SEV PURI

Add a delicious twist to the classic Golgappe with boiled potatoes, pomegranate, Del Monte mint mayonnaise, spices, and fine sev. Enjoy this sweet and spicy chaat with a cup of hot tea.

Ingredients

1 cup boiled potatoes chopped finely
75 grams pomegranate
3 tablespoons Delmonte Mint Mayonnaise
1 small onion finely chopped
1 Green Chilli Finely Chopped
- Juice of 1 medium lemon
- Black salt to taste
1/2 cup coriander leaves finely chopped
25 nos puris
- Fine Sev as required

Method


  1. In a large bowl, add potatoes, pomegranates, chili, Del Monte mayo, and onion, half of the coriander leaves, lemon juice and black salt.Mix them all very well.
  2. Arrange 5-6 to puris on each serving plate. Place a spoonful of mixture on the puris and top it with sev.
  3. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve immediately.
