PINEAPPLE YOGURT BRULEE

Ingredients

1 can of Del Monte pineapple tidbits
250 grams of hung curd
- Juice from the pineapple tidbits can
- Sugar to caramelise
1 packet of Del Monte trail mix
100 ml of cream

Method


  1. Prepare yogurt mix by combining 1 carton of yogurt with 4 tablespoon of cream and whisk well.
  2. Add a tablespoon of the pineapple syrup from the pineapple can to the mix whisk again. Layer 2 tablespoon of pineapple tidbits to the bottom of the serving glass.
  3. Layer yogurt mix over the pineapple layer and repeat both the layers. (pineapple tidbits yogurt mix- pineapple tidbits- yogurt mix) and refrigerate till firm.
