PENNE WITH CREAM CHICKEN AND PARSLEY

Make this delicious penne pasta with boneless chicken, parsley, cream Del Monte olive oil, cloves, lemon zest, chicken stock, cream, and chili flakes. Enjoy this creamy pasta with a side of garden salad.

Ingredients

2 Cups Penne Pasta
1 cup chicken boneless cut in bite size
1/2 cup chicken stock
1 teaspoon lemon zest
4-5 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons parsley chopped
200 ml cream
2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt, pepper and chilli flakes as required

Method


  1. Cook Pasta as per packet instructions
  2. In a pan, heat oil. Add garlic and saute until golden.
  3. Add chicken and sauté on high for 5 minutes.
  4. Add lemon zest, season with salt and pepper, chilli flakes and chicken stock.
  5. Bring it to a boil.  Simmer for 5-6 minutes.
  6. Add Cream, parsley and mix.
  7. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the sauce is creamy.
  8. Serve hot.
