OLIVE RELISH ON BAGUETTE

Create a lip-smacking cheeseboard with artisanal cheeses, dried figs, fresh grapes, crackers along with freshly toasted baguettes topped with a gourmet olive relish. Make this olive relish with Del Monte green olives and fresh garden herbs.

Ingredients

- Handful of green olives with pimento inside
- A tsp each of fennel seeds and black pepper
1 tsp each of fresh chopped rosemary, thyme, oregano and red chilli flakes
2 chopped garlic cloves
- Salt To Taste
1 tablespoon of Del Monte extra virgin olive oil
- Handful of cherry tomatoes
2 chopped walnuts Sliced Baguette
- Butter for toasting

Method


  1. Take a bowl and add Del Monte olives in it.
  2. Add all the remaining ingredients except olive oil, baguette and butter.
  3. Add olive oil to the mix and let sit. Butter slices of baguette and grill them on both sides. Then take them out on a plate.
  4. Finally lay your chunky olive relish over the baguette slices and garnish with dried herbs of your choice and serve.
