OLIVE RELISH 

Earthy, briny olives combined with rosemary, Parsley and other French ingredients are a perfect addition to any Provencal meal.

Ingredients

2 Cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 TBSP Fresh Rosemary
10 Pieces Baby Mozzarella
200 GM DM Olives Green & Black
1 TBSP Total Dried Parsley
1 TBSP Dried Chilli Flakes
40 GM Cherry Tomatoes
15 Garlic Cloves Sliced
1 TBSP salt

Method


  1. In a pan, heat olive oil, add rosemary, garlic, let it heat.
  2. Add parsley, and salt.
  3. Let the mixture cool in a bowl.
  4. Mix olives & mozzarella cheeses.
  5. Add the oil marination prepared to cheese & olives and let it sit overnight.
  6. Add red chilli flakes & cherry tomatoes.
