MUSHROOM, BROCCOLI STRI FRIED IN TANDOORI MAYO

The perfect side dish to serve with steamed rice. Make this delicious Mushroom Broccoli Stir Fry with Del Monte Tandoori Mayonnaise, mushrooms, broccoli, red bell pepper, soya sauce, and garam masala.

Ingredients

15 button mushrooms chopped
1 cup broccoli, chopped
½ red bell pepper julienne
2 tomatoes, finely chopped
8 garlic pods minced
2 tablespoon tandoori mayo
1 teaspoon soya sauce
1 tablespoon garam masala
1 teaspoon red chili powder
- Salt To Taste
2 tablespoon oil

Method

 
  1. Boil the broccoli separately, drain and keep it aside.  Heat a kadai/wok and add oil. After oil gets heated, add onion and fry till it turns pinkish. Add minced garlic and mix.
  2. After raw smell of garlic goes away, add tomato and fry till it turns mushy. Add red bell pepper and saute.
  3. Add chopped mushroom, mix and close the lid of kadai. After 10-12 minutes, the mushrooms will get cooked. Mix boiled broccoli into this and let it cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add garam masala and mix well. Add soya sauce and mayo and mix well. Finally check the taste and add salt.  Serve with white rice or chapatis.
