Mediterranean Olives

This tasty olive tapenade is ready in a few minutes! Prepare this Mediterranean Olives with a few simple ingredients and fresh herbs. Use Del Monte Olives and olive oil for this recipe.

Ingredients

1/2 Cup Del Monte Pitted Green Olives
1/2 Cup Del Monte Pitted Black Olives
- Juice Of 1 Lemon
1/4 Cup Del Monte Extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/2 Teaspoon Coriander Seeds
1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper

Method


  1. Use a pestle and mortar to crush the coriander seeds, but don’t let them get too fine.
  2. Combine lemon zest, olive oil, and lemon juice in a bowl. Whisk nicely.
  3. Add pepper and the crushed coriander seeds.
  4.  Pour this dressing over the olives, gently mix and leave to marinate.
  5. ​​​​​​​The longer you leave them, the better they’ll taste.
