Roasted garlic dosa

Enjoy a delicious and healthy breakfast with Mayo Dosa. Made with fermented rice batter, spicy aloo masala filling, and Del Monte garlic mayo. Serve this with an assortment of chutneys and sambar.

Ingredients

2 Cups Dosa Batter
1/2 Cup Garlic Mayo
1 1/2 Cup Boiled And Mashed Potatoes
1 Small Onion Chopped
1 Green Chilli Chopped
1 Inch Ginger Grated
1/4 Tsp Haldi
2 Tbs Coriander Chutney
- Oil For Greasing
- Salt To Taste
- Coriander Leaves

Method

 
  1. Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan and add ginger and green chilies.
  2. Now add haldi and onion and cook till the onions are translucent.
  3. Then add the mashed potatoes, salt, and coriander leaves. Mix well and turn off the flame.
  4. Add the coriander chutney and mix well.
  5. Heat a dosa tawa and sprinkle some oil. Wipe it a wet cloth.
  6. Now take a ladleful of dosa batter and spread it around the tawa in a clockwise direction.
  7. Oil the sides of the dosa (around 1 tsp).
  8. Once the dosa is golden brown and crispy, put some potato masala on one half.
  9. On the top of the potato, masala spread Garlic mayo in a zig-zag pattern and fold the other side of the dosa like a roll to reach the potato masala
  10. Serve hot with Mayo, sambhar, and coconut chutney.
