Marinated Green Olives with Garlic & Chilli

To make this tasty and healthy snack, start with mixing some Del Monte pitted green olives, garlic, red pepper, Del Monte extra virgin olive oil, and oregano. Enjoy this snack cold with crackers and cream cheese.

Ingredients

150 grams Del Monte Pitted Green Olives drained
2-3 cloves Garlic sliced
2 cloves Garlic pressed
2 Red Pepper, chopped
1 tsp Del Monte Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 pinch Oregano

Method

  1. Collect the drained olives in a bowl.
  2. Add Olive oil, sliced and pressed garlic, red pepper, oregano, and mix thoroughly.
  3. Cover the bowl with, cling foil and refrigerate for a couple of hours so that the flavors infuse well.
  4. Serve this flavourful snack cold.
