HERB MARINATED OLIVES

Make this delicious snack Herb Marinated Olives with Del Monte pitted black olives, Del Monte pitted green olives, Del Monte extra virgin olive oil, thyme, rosemary, parsley, and garlic. Serve as a side with a mezze platter.

Ingredients

1/2 Cup Del Monte Pitted Green Olives
1/2 Cup Del Monte Pitted Black Olives
1/2 cup Del Monte extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
1 teaspoon fresh rosemary
1 teaspoon chopped flat parsley
4-5 cloves of garlic

Method


  1. Fine chop all the herbs except rosemary. Mix the herbs, garlic and the olive oil. Mix nicely. Add the olives in a jar with the lid. Pour the herb oil into the olives.
  2. Seal the jar with the lid. Shake it gently to coat the olives with the herb oil.
  3. Keep it in the fridge and serve from time to time as required.
