GRILLED PEACH AND ARUGULA SALAD

Make this scrumptious salad with fresh arugula leaves, Del Monte peach halves, Del Monte extra-virgin olive oil, feta cheese, Del Monte nutty cruiser, Del Monte dried blueberries, and Del Monte brewed vinegar to serve on a summer afternoon.

Ingredients

1 cup Del Monte Peach Halves
2 tbsp Del Monte Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 cup arugula leaves
1/2 cup feta
1/2 cup roasted crumbled Del Monte Nutty Cruiser
1/4 cup Del Monte Dried Blueberries Chopped
4 tbsp Del Monte Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp Del Monte brewed vinegar
- Salt To Taste
1 tsp black pepper powder

Method


  1. In a grill pan, add olive oil and sliced peaches. Let them grill on both sides.
  2. Then, in a mixing bowl, add arugula leaves, chopped nutty cruiser, grilled peaches, crumbled feta and dried blueberries.
  3. Add extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
  4. Toss and mix everything well before serving
