Grilled Chicken

Ingredients

500 gms chicken breast
1 cup Del Monte Tandoori Mayo
- Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/2 cup green lettuce
1/2 cup sliced onions
1/2 Cup Halved Cherry Tomatoes

Method

  1. Combine the chicken pieces with tandoori mayo, salt and pepper and mix well until every piece is well coated.
  2. Heat a pan or grill on medium heat and cook the chicken for 6-8 minutes each side, until cooked through and it is slightly charred on the edges.
  3. Transfer to a serving plate and serve with a salad of lettuce, cherry tomatoes, sliced onions, coriander and lemon wedges.
