Method
Prepare Green Kebab to mix- In a bowl mix together all the ingredients listed under vegetables & spices above- chopped Spinach, corns, onion, potatoes, and cauliflower. Add the spices to the mix- salt, pepper, red chilly powder, cumin powder, ginger paste, and a little cooking oil. Add the cornflour and half breadcrumbs to the mix and knead it a little to make the mix thicker.
Cooking the Kebab- Divide the mix into 10-12 parts. Make a ball of each part and then work on making it longer like a sausage. Dip each kebab in the remaining breadcrumbs to coat it with a crispy layer while frying. Using cooking oil, shallow fry the kebabs until crispy and brown outside.
Making the Hot Dogs- Slice the hot dog bread in half. Apply Del Monte Sandwich Spread, Peri-Peri Sauce, and Mustard Sauce. Add in one green kebab in each hot dog. Add chopped tomato, bell pepper, and onion. Add some lemon juice and sprinkle oregano. Top off with more Del Monte Sandwich Spread and enjoy warm.
Notes- Keep the green kebabs thick enough to not break while shallow frying. Carefully flip them to ensure it stays intact. The vegetables in the green kebab can be changed as per your preference. Ensure to chop them small in order to avoid the kebabs breaking while cooking.
