Diver's Punch

Ingredients

3/4 Cup DelMonte Pineapple Juice
1/4 Cup Beetroot Juice
2 - 3 No.s Basil Leaves (Hand torn)
1 TBSP Lemon Juice
3 - 4 No.s Ice Cubes
1 TBSP honey (or according to taste)
- Basil Leaves Sprig : For Garnish

Method


  1. In a glass add ice cubes, beetroot juice, lemon juice, hand torn basil and top it up with pineapple juice.
  2. Stir it lightly as the dark beetroot colour remains at the bottom.
  3. Garnish with basil sprig.
  4. Serve Chilled.
  5. Chef s Tip : Blend basil leaves with beetroot to enhance the basil flavour.
  6. Variations : You can spice it up with green chili paste, red chili flakes and ginger as well.
