CRUNCHY TACO CUPS WITH EGGLESS MAYO 

Remember to add all of your favourite veggies and corn kernels to it and enjoy a hearty evening snack within no time. These Taco cups are just awesome.

Ingredients

6 Taco Shells
4 TBSP Canned Bean
4 TBSP Delmonte Corn Kernels
1 Cup Finely Chopped Vegetables (Onion, Tomato, Bell Pepper, Jalapeno)
5 TBSP Delmonte Eggless Mayonnaise
1 TBSP Chopped Fresh Coriander
- Oil To Brush
- Salt And Pepper To Taste

Method


  1. Brush a muffin tray with oil and line Taco Shells to make cups.
  2. Bake in pre heated oven at 180° C for 10-12 minutes or till its golden and crisp and set aside to cool.
  3. In a bowl add chopped vegetables, beans, corns, mayonnaise and mix well.
  4. Season with salt and pepper as needed and mix again.
  5. Take a crunchy taco cup and fill the mayo vegetable mix generously.
  6. Sprinkle some chopped green coriander and serve.
