Crispy baked tandoori mayo 
CHEDDAR CHICKEN

With very few ingredients and yummy Del Monte Tandoori Mayo, this recipe is a win-win in every way. This easy to make recipe will allure not only kids but all ages for all the chicken lovers out there.

Ingredients

500 grams Boneless chicken, cut into bite sized pieces
5 Tbsp Del Monte Tandoori Mayo
100 grams Cheddar cheese, grated
1 Egg white, lightly beaten
2 Green Chilies, Chopped (You May Adjust As Per Your Requirement)
1/4 Cup, Coriander Leaves, Chopped Finely
- Juice Of One Lemon
1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Some Crushed Cornflakes

Method

  1. In a large bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well
  2. Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes
  3. Preheat the oven at 200 degrees
  4. Take out the marinated chicken and coat the pieces with crushed cornflakes
  5. Place the coated chicken evenly keeping little gap between each pieces on baking tray
  6. Bake the chicken for 20-25 minutes or until golden and crisp
  7. Once done, carefully take them out and rest it for couple of minutes.
  8. Serve them hot and crisp with Del monte's tandoori mayo.
