CHICKEN WRAP 

Ingredients

1 cup cooked and shredded chicken
- Whole wheat or flour tortillas
1/2 Cup Del Monte Eggless Mayo
1 cup lettuce, shredded
1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes, Halved
1/2 cup cucumber, thinly sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. Season and cook the chicken until fully cooked. Shred it into bite-sized pieces.
  2. If desired, warm the tortillas in a dry skillet for about 10 seconds on each side or as per package instructions.
  3. Spread a generous tablespoon of Del Monte Eggless Mayo onto each tortilla.
  4. Add a portion of shredded chicken to the center of each tortilla.
  5. Top the chicken with shredded lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, and thinly sliced cucumber. Season with salt and pepper.
  6.  For added flavor, consider sprinkling some grated cheese or adding slices of avocado.
  7. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it tightly from the bottom, creating a secure wrap.
  8. Cut each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately.
