BLUEBERRY SAGO KHEER

A perfect twist of new flavours in a classic recipe with a fruity blueberry kick balancing the distinct sensation of sago. Topped with nuts and blueberry syrup and served chilled makes it one irresistible treat!​​​​​​​​

Ingredients

1 cup milk
1/2 Cup Sago Soaked Overnight
1/4 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Del Monte Dried Blueberries
2 TBSP Blueberry Syrup
1/8 Cup Chopped Pistachios
- Delmonte dried blueberries to garnish
- Chopped almonds to garnish
- Pistachios to garnish
- Rose petals to garnish

Method


  1. Heat milk in a pan.  
  2. Add sago and cook for 6-8 minutes till sago turns transparent  floats on the top .  
  3. Now add sugar and mix well.  
  4. Once its thick, mix in the nuts , dried blueberries and blueberry syrup.  
  5. Pour the kheer into dessert cups and garnish with blueberries, almonds, pistachios and rose petals 
  6. Serve chilled.
