AGLIO e OLIO WITH SPRING GREENS OLIVES 

Breakfast, lunch or dinner - there's no right time to slurp some Aglio  e Olio Spaghetti! Impress your loved ones whenever you feel like with this one.

Ingredients

200 Gram Del Monte Spaghetti Pasta (Cooked)
2 TBSP Olive Oil
1 Small Bunch Spring Greens
4 Cloves Garlic (Chopped)
4 TBSP Sliced Black Olives
1/2 TBSP Crushed Black Pepper
1 TBSP Salt To Taste

Method


  1. Cook pasta as directed on the packet. Strain and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped garlic and spring greens till soggy. Add sliced black olives and toss again.
  3. Season with salt and crushed black pepper.
  4. Add cooked pasta and mix until the flavours blend in.
  5. Serve hot with a dash of lemon juice (optional)
