Achari Mayo Canapes 

Ingredients

8-10 Canapes
1 cup boiled and cubed potato
1/4 Cup Cubed Red Bell Pepper
1/4 Cup Cubed Yellow Bell Pepper
1/4 cup cubed green capsicum
5-6 Cherry Tomatoes
4-5 green olives
1 tsp pizza mix
2 tbs Sev
- Salt To Taste
some mint leaves
1 tsp oil
2 TBSP Aachari Mayo

Method

  1. Heat oil in a pan and roast potato, bell peppers and capsicum for 1 min on high flame. Don’t make it too soft. Add pizza mix. Let it cool. 
  2. Fill each canapes with the above mix and top it with cherry tomatoes, olives, sev, mint leaves and mayo.
  3. Consume immediately.
