YO YO Burger

Make this delicious and filling snack Aloo Patty burger with boiled potatoes, crunchy lettuce, spices, and Del Monte eggless mayo. Serve alongside with crunchy potato chips.

Ingredients

1 Cup Boiled Pototoes
1/2 Cup Boiled Veggies (Carrots, Peas And Corn)
1 Tsp Ginger Chilli Paste
1/4 Tsp Garam Masala
1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 Tsp Amchur
- Salt To Taste
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
2 Tbs Coriander Leaves Chopped
3 TBSP Cornflour
- Salt To Taste
- Water As Per Required
- Toasted Bread Crumbs
- Oil for frying
3-4 Burger Buns
3/4 Cup Eggless Mayo
- Romanian Lettuce
- Tomato Slices
- Onion Slices
- Cheese Slices
1 Tbs Butter

Method


  1. In a bowl, mix mashed potatoes, boiled vegetables, ginger chili paste, and all other ingredients of Tikki and form a dough.
  2. Make a thick patty by making a big ball after taking a big portion of the dough and flattening it out. Make patties and keep them aside.
  3. In a bowl take corn flour, salt, and water and make a pouring consistency of the batter.
  4. Dip the patties in the cornflour paste and roll them on bread crumbs all over.
  5. Deep fry these in hot oil till golden brown. Keep aside.
  6. Cut the burger buns into half and apply butter on both sides ad toast the buns.
  7. On the bottom bum, put some lettuce leaves, then the cheese and tomato and onion slices.
  8. Then put the aloo patty and finally top it with a generous amount of eggless mayo
  9. Serve with potato chips on the side.
